This does a great job explaining a complex subject! After watching this I had to look up the difference between UX, UI, and IA. What I found is that they share a lot of overlapping areas with each other, but UX focuses on how the site is used, UI focuses on how it is designed around that use, and UI presents information to the end user in a way that depends on both UX and UI. This subject area is really interesting to me, so thank you for sharing!
